the hat is plush padded, it's not just a fabric. it's soft and is a high quality. plus the little cat ears? so cute... is it worth $16.95 hmmmm i'm a working woman fulfilling her inner child's deepest hopes and desires and that is to put this lil plush in a pink ice cream costume. sounds like a good use of $16.95 to me? it makes me wish this fit my cat but it does not. it's definitely a perfect fit for the costume plushes lol. i think it looks better w this cat than the gray cat due to the cool tones of the pink matching better. iykyk
