Q: What is Friends Club? Can I Join?
A: LINE FRIENDS loyalty program is a way you can earn points rewards, and also early access to promotions & new arrivals. If you already have a LINE FRIENDS account, you will be automatically signed up for the loyalty program.
Q: I'm having an issue with my Line Friends Loyalty Account, who should I contact?

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can earn points by completing actions like, referring friends, following us on social media, making purchases and etc. To see all the ways to earn points, click the ways to earn points tab in the menu.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFER A FRIENDS AND THE FRIEND CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER?
A: If you refer a friend and the friend cancels or returns their order, Your pending points will remove from your account.
Q: WHY DID MY BALANCE GO DOWN?
A: The reason why your balance went down is either you or your friend cancelled or returned their order.
Q: WHAT DO THE ‘APPROVED’, ‘PENDING’ & ‘CANCELLED’ STATUS MEAN?
A: Approved: The points can be redeemed right away.
Pending: The points need to be verified before it can be used. This usually applies to purchases and referrals. Pending’s can have a grace period of 30 days.
Cancelled: Your points have been deleted due to cancelation of order.
For ex: If you returned an item that was $5, since $1=1pt, 5pts will be deducted.
Q: HOW LONG DO I GET TO KEEP MY STATUS ONCE I’VE REACHED VIP TIER?
A: Once you have leveled to VIP status, your status will renew only if your account has not been active within 12-months period.
Q: HOW DO I USE POINTS?
A: You can use your points to redeem rewards or save your points to get a better offer. Rewards cannot be combined with other coupon codes, promotions and discounts. To redeem voucher code, go to point history > click approved and voucher code will show.
Q: DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
A: Points expire when no order has been placed after it has passed 12 months since customers' last order date.
Q: IF I PLACED AN ORDER, HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO REFLECT MY ACCOUNT?
A: Your points will usually update within 14 days.
Q: CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS OR TRANSFER POINTS?
A: Yes, you can have multiple LINE FRIENDS accounts but the point will not be transferable between accounts.
Q: DOES VOUCHERS HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
A: Yes, (1) voucher can be used per order and cannot be combined with other sales, discounts, & promotions.
