BT21 CHIMMY Holiday Standing Doll

Ordered this item on sale along with some other items. Ordered on 11/23 and only received it on 12/18 when they indicated expected shipping time frame is 3-8 days. They have to do better than this. I was finally excited that it was delivered but got hit with another punch. The shipping box came all dented. I prayed my chimmy inside survives. I was so disappointed and heart broken when I saw him. The box he was in was noticeably damaged and his purse was flipped. Arrrg.. where's the quality control?? As a collector, I was very saddened by this.

I can’t believe how cute this doll is! It came with a letter inside the pouch and stamps included too! But I love how you can remove the hat and other accessories. So happy I bought this doll!
