I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order’s shipment to Europe. I purchased the product on August 11, but despite nearly three months passing, I still have not received it. After investigating, I discovered that the package was returned to the sender because the courier supposedly "could not find the receiver," even though I am home daily and would have been available to receive it. Additionally, customer service has been almost impossible to reach, as email is the only contact method available—and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a response. Fortunately, because I paid via PayPal, I was able to get a response through their platform. However, this response was equally disappointing: I was informed that my payment would only be refunded once the product was returned to them. The shipment tracking has not been updated since September 20, leaving me in the dark about my order’s status. If international shipping cannot be managed reliably, it should not be offered, or at the very least, customer issues should be promptly addressed. As it stands, I have lost $85 and gained nothing but frustration from this experience.
