BT21 SHOOKY BABY MLB LED Digital Desk Clock

When I first installed the batteries it worked perfectly and lit up amazingly. The LED was bright and lit up perfectly in the dark. However, it does have its own problem, starting off with the date. Todays date is 09/25/22 a Sunday but the clock says it a Saturday, it’s not really a big problem because I only needed the time. The second problem I noticed is that every day the LED would gradually get dimmer and dimmer. I would leave it on low battery for most of the time and turn it off low battery when I would utilize it. I don’t think it’s a battery problem because I used my own Duracell batteries and not the ones that were provided. Pictures does not capture how dim the led really is in person.
