How to Put in Batteries:
1. Open the battery holder cover.
2. There will be another cover inside. Open the inner cover and insert a battery with the + and - ends matching the symbols inside.
3. Close the inner cover. Then, insert 1 more battery with the + and - ends matching the symbols inside.
*Please note: If you do not put in all three batteries, the clock will not turn on.
I bought two for my daughters and I guess I didn’t read well. I just assumed since It took batteries it didn’t need the ridiculous usb charge. But the batteries last for 2 days! So you have to use a plug and it is so small it is noticeable and cheap looking once you have a big cord out the back. Also even with the date entered correctly, it has the wrong day if tbr week.
