BT21 CHIMMY minini Wireless Car Charger

I bought the Chimmy wireless car charger after seeing many people rave about the BT21 car chargers on Tik Tok. I was very excited to receive it in the mail, but after trying it out, I have to say I am disappointed. It was nicely packaged and very easy to assemble. However, when I set it up on my vent, the charger had a hard time staying upright. It fell forward and would not hold up its own weight nor the weight of my phone. I do not know if this is because of the type of vents my car has or if I am attaching it incorrectly. Also, the buttons to open and close the movable arms (they are not motion sensor activated like I thought) had poor response time. I do not know if this is a defect with the charger I received, but I do not like it. I am still contemplating whether I truly like the item and whether or not I want to keep it. I wish I had done more research before purchasing. If these are common issues, I hope Line Friends is able to improve the product for future customers.
